Look just above the Chronicles of Georgia monument located on a hilltop next to the Tbilisi Sea. What is that disc that appears to be just hovering there in the sky above? Expats From Outer Space or Other Place?

June, 2021 – This month the Pentagon is supposed to release a declassified report to the Senate Intelligence Committee about what it can say about unidentified aerial phenomena or UAP in the new vernacular. In other words, unidentified flying objects or UFOs as we all are familiar with the Hollywood versions involving their existence for entertainment purposes. Think; Men In Black, ET, War Of The Worlds, etc. They want answers to to what navy personnel and others have been seeing, including objects buzzing around our warships, nuclear missile facilities, civilian aircraft, and other places. After so many years of science fiction and fantasy, given the advances in surveillance recording equipment and even a cell phone camera in almost everyones pocket, the government can no longer deny that something is out there that we don’t yet understand. Bye the way, these sightings and incidents are now being recorded worldwide and on a monthly basis, if not more frequently.

Other new terms have also emerged in the record keeping. Apparently, there has been more than one official agency in the US government tasked to investigate, namely AATIP, or Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. The observables have also been noted to have the ability to quickly dive underwater as well as fly, adding the term USP, unidentified submerged phenomena to the mix of mystery. According to former head of AATIP, Lou Elizondo, there seems to be five observables to the UAPs. They include: hypersonic speed or 5 times the speed of sound without making a sonic boom, erratic movements that would produce great forces that no human could survive if inside, no signs of wings, rotors, control surfaces or engines or exhaust as we find in flying machines made by humans, low observability or cloaking capabilities to suddenly disappear at will, and trans-medium travel meaning the ability of the same craft to travel through air, water, and the vacuum of space with ease. Mr. Elizondo and others more familiar with the classified details known suggest that what is believed to now be fact and soon to be revealed will initiate a shift in paradigm for all human civilization in the 21st century. It may take a few generations before the same technology, whatever it is, to be duplicated, trusted, and harnessed for our own human purposes of advancement.

Rather than me rehash here all the details released or leaked so far, let me stick to the scope of my role and series of writing about expat life. If these objects, in fact, are discovered to be controlled and operated by a life form from outer space, our own deep oceans, or even another dimension, then they are now expats for me because they are from somewhere else and now here. However, are they friendly or conquering characters? That is a very important question. As an expat, it’s one thing to share your culture with others in a new land. It is quite another thing to impose your ways and oppress your will as an occupying force. Let’s hope that whoever or whatever is playing peek-a-boo with us humans here on earth are simply explorers looking to discover, share, and celebrate our differences that nurtured us all from some other world of origin. In this case, it may be more literal that just from a different continent on planet earth. They could be from someplace that no border guard or consulate office on earth yet has a visa policy in place to recognize them for services. We at Tbilisi Expat Services are standing by to assist with this amazing transition.
